To make flowery night light like that, you’ll need: small white and green sea glass, wire (copper or zinc-coated steel), piers and wirecutter, copper foil for stained glass making, solder and soldering iron, stained glass flux.
Most intricate part would be foiling the petals. BTW, for pussy-willows I do it the same way. The idea is to create strong enough “pocket” in which glass piece would sit firmly. Don’t try to spare the foil, you’ll need several layers of it.

…and burnish it really well!

Now you can start forming the flowers, after quite a lot of them are ready – connect the sems, forming a big inflorescence:
For making the leaves I form the outline with wire, put it on some round thing to create curved surface, and then fill it with glass:

Make strong enough stem by soldering together several layers of wire – flower will be heavy! Wash finished item with dawn soap and a lot of warm water.
Small LED lights can be put inside between stemlets so your hydrangea becomes a night lignt:
…or you can just buy it 🙂
